The Experience Auto Group is seeking a professional Service Manager for our Porsche of South Shore Dealership in Freeport, NY. If you are an Automobile Service Department Manager with German and/or exotic car experience, we want to talk to you!
What you need for this position:

• Experience in the successful management of an Automobile Service Department, preferably in the Porsche or other high line market, with a proven track record
• You must be organized and process driven as well as motivated, honest, and proactive
• Experience working with Automotive Dealership software, ADP/CDK Drive is preferred.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise all staff within the department
• Supervise write up repair and maintenance
• Assure dealership profitability by properly managing the sale of labor and parts
• Manage quality control and ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention by following or establishing clear guidelines
• Effectively recruit, develop, train and motivate staff
