The Experience Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to work at our new state of the art facility in Manhattan, located at 619 W. 54th Street. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor that will be responsible for customer relations and service sales. The job requires the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, meeting predetermined service sales objectives and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities.
We Need Someone With the following Skills:
- A proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction in an Automotive Dealership setting
- A high degree of ownership and accountability with the ability prioritize effectively.
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skill.
- Above average energy level with the ability to work in a competitive environment.
- ADP experience preferred
Job Summary
The Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicles and gather information about the vehicle performance, complete work order and calculate and prepare service costs. Interact with Sales Managers to determine immediate service needs. Serve as a liaison between Technicians and Sales Managers to ensure proper work flow.
