Job Description

The Experience Auto Group is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist  for our Porsche of South Shore Dealership. The successful candidate will possess the ability to:

Job Requirements

• Answer all incoming telephone calls and satisfies customers’ inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Obtains basic demographic information about each customer using a computer system, a log sheet or other method established by the dealership.
• Communicate messages to appropriate parties in an efficient and timely manner.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as required.
• Assist with clerical duties as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Process mail and/or FedEx/UPS outgoing packages as required
• Other misc. office/clerical duties as necessary.

ADP experience and experience in a fast-paced high-line Automotive Dealership is a PLUS.
