The Experience Auto Group is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist for our Porsche of South Shore Dealership. The successful candidate will possess the ability to:
Job Requirements
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and satisfies customers’ inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Obtains basic demographic information about each customer using a computer system, a log sheet or other method established by the dealership.
- Communicate messages to appropriate parties in an efficient and timely manner.
- Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as required.
- Assist with clerical duties as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Process mail and/or FedEx/UPS outgoing packages as required
- Other misc. office/clerical duties as necessary.
ADP experience and experience in a fast-paced high-line Automotive Dealership is a PLUS.
