The Experience Auto Group is seeking a Full-time Cashier for our Service Department in our Volvo of Manhattan Dealership. The successful candidate will possess the ability to:
Job Requirements
- Receipt funds for services provided to the customer.
- Accurately file warranty, accounting, parts/service documentation
- Answer incoming telephone calls and satisfy customers’ inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Reconcile repair orders and parts invoices
- Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Obtains basic demographic information about each customer using a computer system, a log sheet or other method established by the dealership.
- Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents if necessary or as required.
- Assist with clerical duties as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Process mail and/or FedEx/UPS outgoing packages if necessary
- Review closed repair orders to ensure they are complete and procure necessary items as required.
ADP experience and experience in a fast-paced high-line Automotive Service Department is preferred.
